The seller is the supplier of the product. Its name and address are given during the confirmation call and appear on the delivery documents.
The form is a call-back request, not a purchase. A contract with the supplier comes into being only when you confirm the order on the phone.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payment is cash on delivery only. This site never asks for card details, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
You may refuse the parcel when it is delivered. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 remain unaffected.
