The seller is the supplier of the product. Its name and address are given during the confirmation call and on the delivery papers.
The form is a request for a call, not a purchase. The contract is made with the supplier once you confirm the order over the phone.
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings. You pay on delivery; this site never asks for card details or an M-Pesa PIN.
You may refuse the parcel when it is delivered. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected.
