vitaatlas.store is run by VitaAtlas, an information catalogue. Anything about your personal data can be sent to privacy@vitaatlas.store.
The name and phone number you type into the order form, the product page it was sent from and basic technical records of the visit (IP address in the server log). No card or mobile-money details are asked for.
To pass your request to the product's supplier, so that its consultant can ring you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Personal data is processed under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form.
The supplier's call centre and the rider who delivers. The request travels as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Nothing is sold and no advertising profiles are built.
No customer database is held on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are removed after a short time. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law requires.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@vitaatlas.store. Complaints can be taken to the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) at NITA-U.
